About the Role (What you'll be doing)
You will lead Juniper's content production studio, creating world-class content across platforms that drives growth and builds brand. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead a high-performing studio team while staying deeply hands-on—shooting, editing, and producing content for publishers, brands, and every channel in our growth ecosystem.
Your role includes leading a team of videographers, editors, and production coordinators, producing content, overseeing shoots, and ensuring the studio operates as a creative powerhouse delivering performance-driven content with creative flair.
Key responsibilities:
- Be hands-on in content creation: produce, shoot, and edit content across platforms and channels.
- Lead the content studio team: manage and develop direct reports (3) and oversee the broader production team (8 total).
- Partner with the Growth Team to align content with funnel needs and performance goals.
- Own multi-platform content excellence across social, publishers, branded partnerships, paid and organic channels.
- Build efficient content systems and production workflows to deliver high volumes of quality content.
- Manage cross-platform production including on-set production, large shoots and rapid content days.
- Bring platform expertise, drive creative problem-solving, and manage production budgets, freelancers, equipment and vendors.
- Champion quality with creative flair while staying current on content trends and techniques.
About you (Who you are)
- 7+ years creating content across multiple platforms, with publisher and brand experience.
- Hands-on leader who produces, shoots and edits while managing teams.
- Platform native with deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and publisher formats.
- Creative with commercial sense: balances creativity with performance metrics.
- Experience creating content for external partners and collaborators.
- Maker at heart, quality-obsessed, systems thinker and technically expert in video production and editing.
- Collaborative, adaptable, empathetic and culturally aware—especially when producing content about women's health.
- Proven portfolio and track record of high-performing content and led teams.
- Passionate about the mission to support and empower women through their health journeys.
