About the role (What you'll be doing)
You will be the backbone of Juniper's content production while also being our eyes and ears on what's resonating online. Reporting to the Production Lead, your mission is twofold: keep our production machine running smoothly and create native, trend-aware content that connects with our audience where they are.
Your role splits between production coordination—managing schedules, briefing talent, coordinating shoots, handling assets—and content creation. You know what's trending, what formats are working, and how to create content that feels native to each platform.
- Coordinate Production: Manage shoot schedules, coordinate talent and crew, book locations, track assets, and ensure smooth delivery from pre-production through to delivery.
- Create Native Platform Content: Shoot and edit content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social platforms.
- Stay Chronically Online: Keep a finger on the pulse of social trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments.
- Spot Content Opportunities: Identify moments worth capturing—behind-the-scenes, trending formats, or spontaneous moments.
- Brief & Collaborate: Work with videographers, designers, and creative teams to execute shoots with clear briefs and timelines.
- Manage Assets & Files: Organise and archive video and photo content for easy team access.
- Create Platform-First Content: Adapt shooting and editing style to suit each platform.
- Test & Iterate: Post quickly, track performance, and iterate using a test-and-learn approach.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Performance, Social, and Editorial teams to drive results.
About you (Who you are)
- Experienced Production Coordinator: 2–4 years in production coordination or content production.
- Native Content Creator: Regular creator familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube formats.
- Chronically Online: Deeply plugged into internet culture and trends.
- Customer & Platform Intuition: Strong sense of what will resonate with the audience.
- Opportunistic & Proactive: Ability to spot and capture content opportunities.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple shoots, deadlines, and assets.
- Technically Proficient: Able to shoot on phone or camera and edit quickly (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
- Fast & Scrappy: Able to turn around content quickly with minimal setup.
- Collaborative: Works well with creative teams, talent, and stakeholders.
- Empathetic & Culturally Aware: Sensitive approach to content around women's health topics.
- Commercially Minded: Understands content-driven business outcomes.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Passionate About the Mission: Cares about women's health and supporting patients.
- Portfolio that Proves It: Demonstrates platform-native content and production coordination experience.
