About the role (What you'll be doing)
You will own Juniper's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, you will develop and execute organic social strategy, create platform-native content, manage day-to-day community engagement, and drive traffic and brand favourability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the Organic Social Strategy: Plan what content to create, when to post, and how to optimise for growth, engagement, trust, education and traffic.
- Create Platform-Native Content: Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks and Stories; be comfortable on camera and with mobile/desktop editing.
- Stay Chronically Online: Spot trends, sounds and formats early and adapt them authentically for Juniper.
- Build Trust Through Education: Make complex women’s health information accessible and engaging.
- Manage Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs and be the voice of Juniper on social.
- Optimise for Traffic: Use CTAs and link-in-bio strategies to drive meaningful site visits.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Performance, Creative, Production and Editorial teams to brief shoots and secure high-performing content.
- Track Performance & Iterate: Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic and sentiment to refine strategy.
About you (Who you are)
You are an experienced organic social manager and hands-on creator who understands platform behaviours and how to build engaged communities. You care about women’s health and can communicate sensitively and clearly.
- Experience: 3–5 years managing organic social channels for brands, ideally in health, wellness or DTC.
- Creator Skills: Comfortable shooting and editing social-first video and writing engaging captions.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and how to optimise for growth and engagement.
- Community Builder: Warm, empathetic, and skilled at building authentic relationships with followers.
- Data-Informed: Able to track performance and iterate based on insights while retaining creative intuition.
- Fast & Flexible: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can react quickly to trends.
