About the role
We’re looking for a scroll-stopping, social-first Social Videographer and Video Editor to join Juniper’s Organic Growth team. You’ll ideate, shoot, edit and craft the next generation of social-native content for Juniper, transforming expert interviews, UGC, community moments and shoots into tight, compelling TikTok and Instagram content. You’ll also help define Juniper’s visual language across organic channels and shape how women understand GLP-1 medication, behaviour change, maintenance, diagnostics and the Juniper experience.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form vertical video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) across expert content, UGC, community footage and shoots.
- Own the organic video production process for internal and external shoots, including pre-production, creative direction, on-set talent management and post-production.
- Build strong narrative arcs, pacing and hooks that maximise watch time and engagement.
- Create captions, motion, overlays and design elements that feel native to platform.
- Version content for testing: hooks, length, CTAs, subtitles and repurpose existing video for different purposes.
- Partner with the Social Lead and creative team to deliver high-volume, high-quality ideas, footage and edits.
- Create repeatable content formats and maintain best practices for editing across channels.
- Maintain an organised asset library and ensure the office studio is equipped and maintained for in-house shoots.
About you (Who you are)
- 3–6+ years experience shooting and editing TikTok/IG-first video for brands, creators or publishers.
- Strong understanding of storytelling for short-form content and deep knowledge of pacing, structure and trend mechanics.
- Comfortable filming with professional cameras or smartphones; excellent knowledge of lighting, framing and sound recording.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-native shooting and editing; experience with lo-fi/UGC footage and AI-based video production is a plus.
- Ability to translate regulated medical topics into compelling and engaging video content and to work quickly across multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Collaborative, comfortable with feedback, stakeholder management and producing multiple edits per week.
