About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Automation Manager based in London to lead a team focused on identifying, designing, and implementing automation and process improvements to enhance patient interactions with support teams. The role is crucial in enhancing patient experience and scaling support operations in an international environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing automation strategies, leading and mentoring a team, conducting process analysis, overseeing project implementations, collaborating across teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing change, and driving innovation in automation and customer service technology.

About you (Who Are We Looking For)

  • Minimum of 7+ years in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or operational efficiency roles, including at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries or high-volume customer service environments preferred.
  • Proven experience with automation tools/platforms such as RPA, chatbots, AI/ML-driven support solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and Atlassian products (Zendesk, Jira, Confluence).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international settings.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • The role requires on-site presence in London 3 days a week and some travel for internal meetings.
