What We Do
Exchanging Data in Healthcare: Facilitate consistent, structured communication pathways between healthcare systems for comprehensive patient care, including prescription transmissions, medication orders, test orders, and real-time location tracking within hospitals.
Reducing Care Gaps for At-Risk Populations: Partner with providers and insurance companies to collect data for Epic's Population Health Suite, ensuring vulnerable patients receive necessary care and providers focus efforts effectively.
Providing Continuity of Care: Migrate lifetime patient data during Epic software transitions to maintain data access for providers, reducing unnecessary patient outreach and medical procedures.
