Facilities Team Overview
The facilities team works hard to maintain Epic's 9-million-square-foot campus featuring 37 interconnected office buildings, each with distinctive architecture and creative themes, including a cutting edge training facility and a five-story underground auditorium.
Green Initiatives
The campus leverages alternative sources of energy, including 12 MW of wind and solar energy and 27,000 tons of cooling produced by one of the largest geothermal systems in North America.
Skilled Trades
Team members work alongside experts from a variety of skilled trades including plumbers, painters, electricians, HVAC techs, and more. These teams are responsible for issue resolution, preventive maintenance, and related projects around campus.
Engineers
Engineers coordinate, manage, and plan for facility and capital building improvement projects related to the electrical and mechanical needs of the campus.
Operations
The team includes shuttle drivers who ensure safe and efficient transportation on campus and a horticulture team maintaining and beautifying over 1000 acres of gardens and green spaces.
