We are seeking an experienced digital media salesperson to join our sales team and drive growth in advertising and event sponsorships.
The Executive Director, Brand Partnerships will manage their own accounts and be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals. Success depends on the candidate's ability to prioritize accounts, understand clients' marketing strategies, position Endpoints’ products effectively, and close deals.
Established multi-year relationships with marketing decision-makers in Pharma, Biotech, CROs, CDMOs, Finance/VC, and Healthcare companies are required.
The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and Brand Partnership sales leadership. Preferred location is Boston, San Francisco, or New York.
What You’ll Do
Grow Revenue - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets mainly with Enterprise accounts.
Execute Multi-Platform Partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies to deliver partnerships using newsletter sponsorships, bespoke content, live event sponsorships, custom webinars, digital display, and more.
Creatively Manage Your Business - Manage the sales funnel from opportunity creation to deal closure, providing creative solutions for clients.
How You’ll Do It
Be an Expert Partner - Use industry knowledge and digital marketing expertise to help clients align their marketing goals with Endpoints and the biopharma community.
Benevolent Collaboration - Collaborate remotely with colleagues across sales, customer success, marketing, tech, events, design, and editorial teams in a supportive culture.
Bias for Action - Manage sales pipeline, develop client solutions, and address challenges proactively with ideas and execution.
Your Skills and Experience
- 12+ years selling cross-platform digital and events advertising partnerships in Life Sciences
- Established relationships with marketing leaders in Pharma, Biotech, CROs, CDMOs, Finance/VC, and Healthcare
- Sophisticated understanding of digital advertising ecosystem
- Track record of meeting goals and growing business
- Strong presentation and in-person sales skills; proven client/agency relationship builder
- Comfortable engaging C-Suite and senior stakeholders
- Proficient in sales pipeline management using CRM

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 per year (Remote, United States)
