Working Student (m/f/d) — 100% Remote | Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, implementation and optimization of paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads: Search, Display; Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL)
  • Create and maintain reports and prepare performance data
  • Run A/B tests of ad copy, audiences and creatives
  • Research audiences, keywords and competitors
  • Work closely with the marketing team and gain direct hands-on learning experience in day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, Social Sciences or similar)
  • Initial exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads (e.g., from an internship, course or personal project) is desirable
  • Analytical thinking and enjoyment of interpreting numbers
  • Independent, structured working style — also in a remote environment
  • Curiosity and motivation to develop in performance marketing
  • Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage

Assessment tasks (sample questions)

These tasks help us assess your understanding of the fundamentals of performance marketing. You may use AI tools to help answer them, but please keep in mind that you will be asked to present your results briefly in an interview and answer follow-up questions. A genuine understanding of the topics is therefore necessary — it is not sufficient to copy answers without understanding them.
Task 1 — ROAS: Definition & calculation
Explain in your own words what ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is, what this metric indicates and why it is relevant in performance marketing. Also show a sample calculation with numbers you choose to illustrate how ROAS is computed.
Task 2 — The marketing funnel: definition & application
Briefly describe what is meant by a marketing funnel and which typical stages it comprises. Then consider how such a funnel could look specifically for the Endo Health app — from initial awareness by a potential user to active use of the app. Sketch an example flow and explain which marketing measures would be appropriate at each stage.
