Endo Health develops digital health solutions for women with the goal of sustainably closing care gaps. Our vision is a world in which every woman has access to effective, personalized and digital healthcare.
As Team Lead Marketing (Performance & Growth) you will play a central role in this mission. You own marketing end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and ensure our apps reach the people who need them most.
Your focus is on scalable marketing of existing products and the launch of new apps in the German DiGA market. Together with your team you will identify the most important growth levers, continuously optimise performance and build marketing that delivers lasting results.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for our external representation towards patients, physicians and the broader healthcare sector
- Own all marketing and represent marketing in the management team (including clear prioritisation, budget allocation and target achievement)
- Scale our health apps in the German DiGA market with the goal of making each app commercially successful and sustainable
- Responsible for performance and profitability (e.g. prescriptions, ROAS, channel efficiency, transparent data-driven steering)
- Identify and implement the most important growth levers across the full user journey (Awareness → Registration → Prescription → Usage)
- Build, coach and develop the marketing team and create clear responsibilities and high ownership (Extreme Ownership, Objective Job Results)
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities clearly while ensuring quality and speed
- Work closely with Product, Data and Management to align marketing measures with product and user needs
Qualifications
- Data-driven, curious and a true builder mentality — willing to experiment, learn quickly and iterate from mistakes
- Empathetic understanding of our target group and mission — you can put yourself in users’ shoes and translate that into effective communication and marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and a pronounced way of thinking in numbers and causal relationships (e.g. conversion rates, CAC, ROAS)
- High affinity for data, tools and technology (e.g. tracking, attribution, analytics tools, possibly AI in marketing)
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyses and with modern tools (e.g. Excel / Google Sheets / Claude etc.)
- Clear prioritisation skills and the ability to decide under incomplete information
- High standards for results, speed and quality
Benefits
- Full-time role with 100% remote work while maintaining strong team spirit
- Significant scope to shape the role and real ownership
- Regular on-site team meetings (approx. 3× per year)
- Equity participation (VSOP)
- Learning & coaching budget
- Committed, interdisciplinary team with a clear mission to improve women’s health in the healthcare system
Hiring task (required)
Important: This role is very important to us and we look for highly motivated candidates. Please solve the small tasks below on your own. You may use AI, but show independent thinking. Generic AI responses will be filtered out. We especially appreciate a short Loom/video pitch (max 10 minutes) to get a direct impression.
Task 1 — Conversion from Registration to Prescription
We recently launched a new DiGA app for women in menopause. Current situation: goal is 1,000 prescriptions per month; currently ~100 registrations per day; this results in only 1–2 prescriptions per day. PPC performance marketing is optimised for app downloads; other measures not yet implemented. An external consultant recommended keeping 90% of budget on app downloads via PPC. Question: How would you quickly and substantially improve the conversion from registration to prescription? Please answer briefly: likely root causes; the 3 measures you would prioritise; why those; which KPIs you would measure; and what you would consciously not do.
Task 2 — Instagram (Organic)
Analyze our social channels from a performance perspective: how you would measure performance and how you rate it now; which KPIs truly matter; what realistic contribution Instagram can make; your top 3 levers to improve the channel; and which actions you would implement in the next 4 weeks.
