We are a digital health startup focused on women's health. Our Endo app and Vera app are the first digital medical applications developed specifically for people with endometriosis and for those with menopause-related complaints and are recognised in Germany as Digital Health Applications (DiGAs).

Responsibilities
- Participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of the DiGA application process for inclusion of digital health applications in the BfArM DiGA directory
- Project management (planning, coordination and monitoring) of scientific studies
- Writing and reviewing clinical study reports
- Contribution to scientific publications
- Reviewing and critically evaluating scientific texts
- Communication and maintenance of contacts with health professionals, delivering specialist presentations
- Design of educational content in the field of women's health
- Occasional travel (approx. 2–4 times a year)
Qualifications
Must haves:
- Medical degree or diploma/master's degree in another health-related field (e.g. psychology, nutritional sciences, public health, biostatistics)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in writing scientific publications
- Very good statistics skills
- Experience in project management
- Good rhetorical and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to work under short deadlines
- German at native level (or at least C1) and very good English skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience with clinical trials (GCP)
- Solid knowledge in the fields of gynecology, psychology or psychiatry
- Experience with R or Python
- Experience with agile project management

Location: Remote in Germany (with the possibility of national travel).
Contract type: Full-time or part-time.
