Position overview

As Head of Brand & Communication you play a central role in this mission. You are responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of marketing to ensure our solutions reach the people who need them most. Your focus will be scaling existing products and launching new applications in the German DiGA market, building a sustainably scalable marketing approach across products.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage the overall marketing strategy for Endo Health’s brands to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches to ensure profitable market penetration in the first year.
  • Establish clear structures for analysing and evaluating marketing performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing activities.
  • Create and optimise team workflows to ensure integrated and effective collaboration across marketing teams.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team, define clear responsibilities and support team members to leverage and grow their strengths.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient, goal-oriented use of resources.
  • Work closely with the executive management team to shape the strategic development of Endo Health.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience building and evolving marketing structures during high-growth, dynamic phases.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, organic channels, and scalable marketing models, and the ability to integrate these strategically.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in fast-moving environments to successfully establish new solutions in the market.
  • Ability to lead a team clearly, empathetically and purposefully through growth and scaling phases, providing orientation, structure and focus.
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise and execute in an innovative and changing environment.

Trial assignment

The trial task should take a maximum of 90 minutes. Prepare a 5–8 slide sketch outlining your approach to the questions below. You do not need to provide a detailed concept, but show your thinking and problem-solving approach.
Context: Endo Health is launching a new app in the German DiGA market, the Pia app for severe period pain.
Team setup: Social Media (organic) + Content, PPC Manager, CRM / email funnel and website.
Goal: Achieve 10,000 prescriptions in the first year and grow economically viable.
Challenges:
  • The team currently manages two other DiGAs already in the product portfolio.
  • Social media reach is growing but drives few conversions.
  • Paid marketing converts but is costly.
  • Creatives are delivered too slowly.
  • The marketing team (Social, PPC, CRM, Creative) is not yet optimally integrated.
  • There is initial campaign data, but no clear prioritisation.
