We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Specialist with excellent tracking and analysis skills who is particularly interested in marketing to medical professionals. You are a marketing all-rounder who enjoys implementing ideas yourself, thinks strategically but also loves operational work, and makes data-driven decisions based on KPIs rather than gut feeling. Endo Health is a digital health startup focused on women's health. We develop digital health applications (DiGAs) and aim to create medically sound products that succeed in everyday care.
Responsibilities
1. Medical-professional (Fachkreis) marketing & communication
- Plan and implement marketing activities targeted at medical professionals
- Create and execute formats such as information materials, mailings, events (including on-site, ~3–4x per year) and training
- Contribute ideas to make technical content accessible and effective
2. Project management in marketing
- Plan, coordinate and implement marketing projects across different areas
- Prioritise tasks and ensure operational delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
3. Marketing all-rounder in day-to-day operations
- Work across marketing areas as needed (campaigns, content, email, reporting, Fachkreis marketing)
- Switch flexibly between topics and support other marketing areas where it makes sense
4. Strategic marketing & development
- Contribute to marketing strategy and direction
- Identify trends, opportunities and new approaches in the digital health space
- Bring in your own ideas and impulses
5. Tracking, analysis & reporting
- Analyse marketing activities using clear KPIs
- Work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Derive optimisations from data and reports
Qualifications
Data & tracking competence (must-have)
- Very strong data- and tracking-driven understanding of marketing
- Confident use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience defining KPIs, reporting and performance analysis
- Ability to make clear decisions from data
Strategy & hands-on execution
- Strategic thinking combined with operational delivery strength
- Enjoy tackling topics hands-on, including in medical-professional marketing
- Flexibility across different marketing topics
Marketing & medical-professional experience
- Several years of professional marketing experience
- Experience in health, medical or digital-health environments is an advantage
- Understanding of communication with medical professionals (e.g. doctors, therapists) is helpful

Sample task overview
You are responsible for the medical-professional marketing around the launch of three new DiGAs in women's health. Provide:
- Part 1 – Launch structure for medical-professional marketing: How you would plan and structure the launch, how to handle multiple DiGAs in parallel, and which phases or steps are important.
- Part 2 – One concrete measure, KPIs & tracking: Choose one concrete medical-professional marketing measure (e.g. email campaign, training, event, content, information material). Describe the objectives, which KPIs you would use to measure success, which data you need, and how you would make data-based decisions (expand, adapt, stop). Optionally, describe how you would implement tracking technically (e.g. Google Analytics, events, simple funnel logic).
There is no need for perfection – the focus is on structure, thinking and feasibility.
