Freelance Study Nurse / Study Coordinator (Remote) for digital RCT

Overview

We are planning to conduct a fully digital randomized controlled trial (RCT) on menopausal complaints. The aim of the study is to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of a digital health application in the field of women's health.
The study will be conducted entirely remotely and will include approximately 500 female participants. Data collection per participant takes place over about six months; overall we plan a project duration of up to one year.
To support our study and project team we are looking for an experienced, communicative freelance Study Nurse / Study Coordinator who will support the care of study participants and study-related visits in a remote setting. A start ideally at the end of March or beginning of April is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct study-related visits via video or telephone
  • Support and accompany the digital informed consent process
  • Serve as a contact person for participants for medical questions when needed
  • Support documentation of study-relevant information
  • Closely coordinate with the study and project team

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Study Nurse, Study Coordinator, or Clinical Research Nurse
  • Experience in clinical trials, ideally randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly manner when interacting with participants
  • Structured and independent working style
  • High digital affinity and ideally experience with remote studies or telemedicine
  • Very good German language skills
