Interview Process & Sample Tasks
Instead of a cover letter, we ask you to complete a sample task that combines strategic and operational thinking. Please upload your completed task in the next section of the application.
Task 1: Community Communication (Practical Example)
Imagine you are a Community Manager at Endo Health. How would you respond to the following comments? Provide an empathetic, medically appropriate and community-oriented reply for each. Pay attention to tone, safety and avoid making medical promises. Show how you would involve the community in the exchange.
- Comment 1: “I was at my gynecologist again today and didn’t feel taken seriously at all. I’m starting to wonder if my pain is all in my head.”
- Comment 2: “I think it’s getting a bit crazy when you consider the kinds of pain people have and everything being attributed to endometriosis.”
- Comment 3: “I find what you share very helpful but sometimes the topic triggers me a lot. Does this happen to others?”
Task 2: Understanding Active Community Management
Describe in your own words what active community management means to you, the difference between “answering comments” and true community building, and the role community management plays for reach, trust and brand loyalty — especially in a health context.
Task 3: WhatsApp Communities — Strategy & Development
Endo Health runs several WhatsApp communities for people with endometriosis, PMS and menopause. Sketch a short strategy for managing existing WhatsApp communities: the role they should play in the community ecosystem, how to promote activity, exchange and a safe environment, suggested formats and prompts, and how to avoid communities becoming inactive or being used one-sidedly.
Submit your tasks as a PDF or presentation. The suggested completion time is 60 minutes.
