We build digital therapeutic applications (DiGAs) for conditions where women have long lacked sufficient support — from endometriosis to PMS and menopause. Our solutions are evidence-based, prescribable and genuinely effective.
To advance this mission and accelerate our internal teams with AI, we are looking for a creative AI-Solutions Engineer with a hacker mindset.
Does this sound like you?
- You have a builder mindset while also thinking strategically.
- You constantly explore the latest AI tools and models — but always ask: "What real value does this bring?"
- You can combine LLMs, tools and APIs so they form useful systems that noticeably reduce day-to-day work for teams.
- You enjoy engaging with people, understanding workflows and improving processes with AI.
Responsibilities
You will be the go-to person and our creative AI hacker at Endo Health. You proactively engage with teams, learn their workflows and tasks, and build concrete AI solutions: automations, smart tools and agents that take real work off people’s plates so departments have more time for what matters most — our patients.
Your concrete responsibilities include:
- Understand needs and build AI solutions: Approach teams, map workflows and needs, and translate them into concrete AI solutions — from small automations to agent-based workflows.
- Scout and evaluate the AI market: Track trends across text, code, audio, image and video. Prototype and evaluate what makes sense technically, economically and within our regulated environment.
- Develop and deploy: Independently build small web apps and agents or create skills/plugins for Claude, ChatGPT & co.
- Build AI infrastructure: Set up internal AI infrastructure such as a skill-and-prompt repository, MCP server, and integrations to internal tools and databases.
- Enable teams: Help teams work independently with AI through short workshops, hands-on support and building internal know-how.
Qualifications
What you should bring:
- Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI: Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines and tool orchestration. You use GenAI models or agents in your daily work.
- Solid programming skills: Confident development in at least one language such as TypeScript, Python or PHP; experience with common frameworks and the ability to build and deploy services, APIs and internal tools.
- No-code / low-code automation: Experience with platforms like n8n, Make or Replit and an understanding when these tools are faster than custom scripts.
- High service orientation and initiative: You proactively approach teams and act as an internal enabler.
- Focus on speed and iteration: Prefer shipping a first working solution quickly rather than waiting for technical perfection.
- Confident with APIs: REST, JSON and auth concepts (API keys, OAuth) — you know how to securely connect external services and internal systems.
- First experience with AI frameworks: Ideally some experience with frameworks like Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, LangChain or similar.
Benefits
What we offer:
- A role with real scope to shape how AI is used at Endo Health and gain experience with real projects.
- High responsibility and short decision paths.
- Space for experiments, prototypes and meaningful impact.
- Direct collaboration with management and various departments.
- Full-time role with 100% remote work.
- Regular team meetups.
- Learning and coaching budget.
- Possible participation in company success (VSOP).
Instead of a cover letter we ask you to complete a small challenge as part of your application.
