Responsibilities
Work closely with the founders and leadership to make AI practical and usable. Create "magical" prototypes — small tools with big impact. Automate content and processes to help our teams spend more time on what matters: patients.
Qualifications
AI- and tool-aware, always curious about new models and APIs. Basic programming skills such as PHP, Python or JavaScript and confidence with APIs & cloud services (e.g. OpenAI Platform, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud AI, Banana). You should understand IT architectures and be able to produce functional code with GitHub Copilot or similar. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Nice to have: experience with Vector DBs, MCP, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, Zapier, n8n.
Enjoy working with numbers & data and have enough creativity to turn dry processes into clever solutions. A mix of hands-on pragmatist and creative thinker.
- Launch & scale new health apps from scratch
- Run fast growth experiments: hypothesis → test → learn → scale
- Focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), CAC, funnel conversion

Task: Build a small lead magnet for a new health indication — a "Menopause Quiz". The quiz must be hosted live and accessible via a URL so the team can test it directly.

- Provide a funnel plan: what happens after the quiz?
- Explain how you would remarket to quiz takers.
- Describe how you would convert quiz users into app users.
