Empo Health exists to empower diabetic patients and providers to improve care, outcomes, and quality of life by providing innovative in-home health monitoring solutions.

Products and Solutions

Empo Health offers the FDA-listed Empo® Footprint in-home imaging scale and the Empo® Remote Health Link patient monitoring service. These products allow near-daily imaging and clinician review to detect early signs of diabetic foot ulcers, enabling timely intervention that is the least invasive and most cost-effective.

The system captures high-resolution images of patients' feet, making foot monitoring routine for patients and practical for providers.
