Your tasks
As a psychotherapeutic specialist in Customer/Therapy Success, you are the central contact person for psychotherapists who want to use our DiGA in their practice. After the initial qualification by our sales team, you take over the professional introduction and accompany the therapists in the successful use of our DiGAs. With your expertise, you ensure that they achieve the maximum benefit for their patients. Your tasks include:
- Professional support & onboarding: You specifically introduce psychotherapists to our DiGAs, support them in the first steps, and ensure that they can optimally integrate the applications into their therapy.
- Product demos & webinars: You present elona therapy and elona explore in personal demos or online training sessions and explain the practical use cases.
- Continuous support: You are the contact person for all questions about elona therapy and elona explore, respond to individual needs, and help to clear up uncertainties.
- Community engagement: You promote dialogue between users, collect valuable feedback, and contribute to the continuous development of our solution.
- Building expert status: Over time, you develop into the central expert for DiGAs and digital psychotherapy and actively contribute your knowledge to the therapists' network.
- Cooperations: You are an active part of building and expanding cooperations with institutes, universities, and clinics.
Your profile
- You are a licensed psychological psychotherapist and ideally have some experience working with digital tools.
- You approach people openly, can inspire them and convince them with your expertise and communication skills.
- Initiative, service orientation and a high willingness to learn characterize you.
- You are interested in the future of healthcare, especially psychotherapy, and have an affinity for digital solutions.
- You want to grow with us and are not afraid to take on new challenges - even if it means jumping into the cold water.
- A dynamic environment motivates you, and you appreciate the flexibility and speed of an innovative company.
- You bring positive energy - both to the team and to our customers.
- You communicate excellently in German (must-have) and English.
