At Elona Health, we develop tools that empower patients to take a more active role in their therapy and support psychotherapists in making better treatment decisions. Our digital health applications elona therapy Depression and elona explore have been approved as 'Apps on prescription' by the BfArM, and this is where your contribution is needed!
These are your tasks
- You develop our brand positioning further and ensure consistent and convincing communication across all channels
- You further develop our multichannel marketing strategy and test online and offline channels. You also set up performance and brand campaigns (PPC and social media) yourself
- You create briefings and work closely with the creative team to create ads and organic assets with added value
- You optimize our website and landing pages in terms of SEO, conversion rate, and user experience to improve digital visibility and lead generation
- You build up a content editorial team together with our specialist service and manage the publication and quality of the content
- You develop email marketing and lead nurturing strategies to specifically address potential customers and guide them into the sales funnel. You work closely with sales and therapy success teams
- You create performance reports and work closely with the founding team
- In the long term, you expand the marketing team and develop processes that enable efficient work
This is what you bring
- A degree in economics, communication sciences, psychology, or related disciplines
- 2-5 years of experience in a dynamic environment (e.g., startup, scale-up, agency, operational VC) in growth and marketing with a proven track record
- Sound knowledge in online marketing, especially campaign management and optimization
- A hands-on mentality and determination to implement topics
- Ability to quickly grasp new topics and develop sound recommendations for action
- Project management skills and confidence to build your own team
- Experience with CRM suites (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills
