About The Role
EliseAI is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager for our housing division to lead high-impact projects driving growth and scalability. This generalist role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, works across teams, and owns outcomes. Collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to solve key challenges such as market strategies, client onboarding, and internal systems is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects across the customer lifecycle—from sales performance and pricing strategy to implementation and post-sale processes optimization.
- Analyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to refine customer value positioning and delivery.
- Design internal processes and playbooks supporting scaling efforts across sales, onboarding, support, or customer expansion.
- Partner with leadership to uncover insights guiding product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and operational priorities.
- Build internal reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to increase efficiency across teams.
- Serve as a connector between teams to keep complex initiatives on track, communicate progress, and ensure execution matches strategic intent.

Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups in strategic or operational roles; founder or early team member experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally.
- Strong slide-building skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience valuable.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in front of executives and customers.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week at the office.

Job Compensation Range
Salary range $150,000 - $230,000. Total rewards package includes base salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and perks. Compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and qualifications during the interview process.
