You manage the entire sales process in your region - on-site appointments, product demos up to successful closing.
Structuring your workday: route planning, appointment coordination, analysis of reports, and independently developing sales strategies - you are responsible for achieving your sales targets!
You are the face of doctorly in your region.
You document received feedback, product improvement potentials, and learnings from your daily work carefully and pass them back to the team.
At least five years of sales experience, including relevant field sales experience.
In your previous roles, you have excelled with consistent top performance.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills are important.
You are highly motivated, think entrepreneurially, and want to exceed your ambitious goals every month.
You are eager to learn and grow every day in a startup environment.
You speak German at a native level and have good English skills.

Workshop: your pitch, doctorly pitch, case study ~ 1.5 hours
Team interview: get to know your teammates personally ~ 60 min.
Reference check: we speak with two of your references for ~ 10 minutes each
Offer: we make you an offer and discuss the basis of future collaboration ~ 15 min.
Contract & ESOP: before signing the contract, we discuss the contract and our ESOP program in detail ~ 45 min.
The entire process usually takes less than 2 weeks (depending on your availability).
