Mission of the Role
At the core, you manage the entire sales process to acquire medical practices. You will be responsible for your own region. You will be part of a pleasant and dynamic team where you can develop further and celebrate great successes.
Your Tasks
- You manage the entire sales process in your region - on-site appointments, product demos up to successful closure.
- Structuring your workday: route planning, appointment coordination, report analysis, and independently developing sales strategies - you are responsible for achieving your sales targets!
- You are the face of doctorly in your region.
- You document received feedback, product improvement potentials, and learnings from your daily work neatly and relay them back to the team.
Your Profile
- At least five years of sales experience, including relevant field sales experience.
- You have consistently performed at a top level in your previous roles.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills are important.
- You are highly motivated, think entrepreneurially, and want to exceed your ambitious goals every month.
- You enjoy learning and growing every day in a startup environment.
- You speak German at a native level and have good English skills.

- Screening call: who and what is doctorly, who are you and why we fit together ~ 30 minutes
- Hiring manager interview: an opportunity for you (and us) to ask all necessary technical questions ~ 45 minutes
- Workshop: your pitch, doctorly pitch, case study ~ 1.5 hours
- Team interview: meet your team members personally ~ 60 minutes
- Reference check: we speak with two of your references for about 10 minutes each
- Offer: we make you an offer and discuss the basis of future cooperation ~ 15 minutes
- Contract & ESOP: before signing the contract, we discuss it in detail with you and our ESOP program ~ 45 minutes
