In our continuous development, we are looking for experienced and dedicated customer service employees (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- You have an open ear for our customers via email and telephone.
- You accept customer complaints and guarantee competent and solution-oriented handling.
- You solve tricky cases and like to get to the bottom of problems. In more difficult issues, you work closely with your colleagues and jointly develop solutions and procedures.
- You have an eye for improvement potential and like to be involved in the implementation.
- You work closely with our specialists from marketing and development.
Qualifications
- You already have several years of experience in telephone and written customer service in the B2C or B2B sector as well as in dealing with CRM systems.
- You love to fulfill the wishes of customers in direct contact and form a close-knit unit in exchange with colleagues.
- Experience in office organization and administration.
- Communication skills and teamwork ability.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Friendly and professional appearance.
