Job description
To support our Performance team for hospitals, we are looking to hire immediately a Working Student in Sales Operations for our Berlin office.
As part of the Performance team you will help optimize the workflows of the Sales and Performance teams and drive a variety of projects. You will contribute to making our products accessible to more healthcare professionals and be part of our mission to improve healthcare for everyone.
Your tasks
As a working student you will support us in the following areas:
- Reporting & analyses: Using our CRM tool Salesforce, you will create reports and dashboards to analyse sales performance and support decisions for new sales strategies.
- Tools & processes: You will support our sales teams in the correct use of sales-related tools and processes and act as a point of contact for questions, especially regarding our CRM system Salesforce. You will also help identify and implement process optimisation potentials within the sales team.
- Communication & training: You will prepare communication or training materials for internal team meetings and be responsible for creating online tutorials explaining new processes.
During your time with us you will:
- Gain extensive experience in project management within local and international teams
- Learn to use analytical skills to understand relationships and assess performance using KPIs and reports
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of working with Salesforce in a Germany-wide Sales & Performance organisation

To join our team you bring the following:
- Interest in digitalisation and healthcare topics and willingness to work with us for at least one year
- An analytical mindset, high affinity for tools and good skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- A structured, proactive working style and strong organisational skills
- High willingness to learn, solution-oriented attitude and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
- Very good communication skills and fluent German and English (each at least C1)
- Enrollment as a full-time student at a university or college
Nice to have
- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and reporting processes

Job Details
- Role: Working Student (20 hours/week)
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Berlin
- Salary: €15.00 / hour
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Work mode: Hybrid (1-2 days in the office per week)
