Job description

Doctolib is looking for you from January 2026 as a Working Student in the HR Operations area for our location in Berlin.
At Doctolib, we want to digitize healthcare and simplify both the daily work of healthcare professionals and access to healthcare services for patients. As a working student, you support us in this mission by contributing to ensuring smooth operations in our HR department.

Your Tasks

As a working student, you will support us in the following areas:
  • You take over the creation of contracts and other personnel documents, including the administrative onboarding of our new joiners
  • You are also responsible for first level support for our employees and handle inquiries in our ticket system
  • Conscientiously you take over absence and data management of our employees in our HRIS tool Workday
  • You also maintain our knowledge database and create presentations
  • You support our colleagues in the HR Business Partner area in operational and conceptual issues in day-to-day business (e.g., support with annual HR processes, implementation of individual HR measures, participation in the design of personnel development measures)
  • Additionally, you support us through research work and contribute to global people projects

During your work you will:

  • Gain deeper insights into the daily HR processes of an internationally operating company
  • Expand your knowledge in labor law, payroll, and personnel administration
  • Develop yourself further in the field of people project management

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

  • You are enrolled full-time at a German university and are available 20h/week for student employment
  • You are enthusiastic about HR and eager to gain practical experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner and have excellent self-organization
  • You have a quick grasp and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment
  • You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form

Especially interesting for us are:

  • You have already gained initial experience in the field of human resources and bring this to us
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You enjoy dealing with people and are reliable

Job Details

  • Activity as a working student (20h / week)
  • Duration of activity: initially limited to one year with the option of extension
  • Workplace: Berlin
  • Salary: 14.00€ - 15.00€ / hour
  • Start date: from 07.01.2026
  • Work mode: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 1 day remote, depending on working hours)
