Job description

Join the digital health revolution! At Doctolib, we transform the daily lives of 100,000 healthcare professionals and facilitate access to care for 40 million Europeans every month. Join our Customer Service team (internally called Product Support) and directly contribute to this mission!
As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact supporting our healthcare professionals daily:
  • Support caregivers: Respond to calls and emails from healthcare professionals to resolve their technical questions about our products.
  • Diagnosis and resolution: Analyze issues (patient management software, scheduling, teleconsultation, e-prescription, etc.) and find appropriate solutions.
  • Follow-up: Ensure request follow-up and guarantee customer satisfaction at each interaction.
  • Product expertise: Become the reference interlocutor for our clients by mastering our solutions perfectly.

Recruitment process

  • Second step: on-site interview in Nantes lasting 2.5 hours including a meeting with team leader, "live experience" with an advisor, and final meeting with a manager.

Position details

  • Employment type: Permanent contract - 38 hours per week.
  • Eligible for hybrid work format (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
  • Location: Nantes.
  • Start date: January 2026.
  • Salary: 26k EUR (fixed + variable included).
