Job description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Media Account Manager to support the Prevention team in Berlin.
The Prevention team has a clear mission: together with our partners we inform and educate our more than 90 million users through large-scale health campaigns on topics such as vaccinations, cancer screening, obesity and more. As Key Account Lead Prevention Media you will build and manage strategic key accounts, achieve ambitious revenue targets and run the full sales cycle for major clients like health insurers, pharmaceutical companies and health-tech firms. With your media sales expertise you will actively shape the digital transformation of healthcare.
Your responsibilities
- You will independently manage the full sales cycle for large clients—from prospecting and negotiation to closing—while achieving clear revenue targets
- You will build long-term relationships with strategic key accounts (health insurers, pharmaceutical companies, health-tech companies) and continuously develop these partnerships
- You will conduct sales conversations at C-level with healthcare decision-makers and convincingly communicate our value proposition for media solutions
- You will develop tailored sales and account strategies that meet the specific needs of your large clients
- You will establish structured sales processes including opportunity validation, pipeline management and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth
Your profile

- At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B sales, including 3–5 years in media sales at leading platforms (e.g. Google, Amazon, Meta, TikTok) or at a media agency
- Proven experience managing large accounts, closing complex deals and meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level and the ability to build strategic partnerships
- Enthusiasm for healthcare and a desire to educate people through prevention campaigns to promote healthier lives
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with the German healthcare system or with healthcare organizations (health insurers, pharmaceutical companies, health-tech)
- Proven success in building new business lines or launching innovative products
- Project management experience and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
