Job description

You will join our HR Advisory team as a strategic partner.
You will be the privileged interlocutor of VPs/Directors to support the transformation of their organization in a context of strong growth and structural changes.
Your mission: catalyze human and organizational impact. In the next 6 to 12 months, you will lead key HR moments (talent reviews, performance, compensation), develop an HR roadmap linked to your department's strategy, and actively contribute to transversal People projects.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic People Partner
  • You advise your stakeholders (VPs/Directors & managers) on all HR topics, from team structuring to performance management.
  • You co-construct with them the HR roadmap for their organization.
People Expert
  • You ensure the link between business needs and global People initiatives.
  • You contribute to global HR projects beyond your scope.
  • You handle complex individual situations with the support of the legal team.
Talent Development, performance & culture agent
  • You lead the annual campaigns on performance, talents, and compensation.
  • You structure development, retention, and succession plans.
  • You may directly supervise a junior HRBP.

You could be the next member of our team if you:
  • Have 8 to 9 years of experience as an HRBP, in transformation or scale-up contexts
  • Are comfortable in complex, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environments
  • Master French labor law and have strong analytical skills and HR data management
  • Know how to engage, influence and coach interlocutors up to the C-Level
  • Are fluent in English and French
It would be great if you also had:
  • Additional experience outside HRBP (Talent Acquisition, People Development...)
  • Knowledge of other European social legislation
