Job description

As a Lead Go-to-Market Analyst, you’ll be the analytics brain behind our strategies and operations, focused on understanding clients and prospects and working closely with Product Marketing, Data, Finance and France leadership. This role combines data analysis, strategic insights, PMO and modelling, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
Your responsibilities include analytics, forecasting, business planning, dashboarding and supporting strategic projects to improve team performance and revenue.

The team you’ll be joining

The Customer & Sales Operations team drives efficiency and effectiveness for Sales, Account Managers, Support and Marketing teams. The Analytics & Strategy subteam handles data analysis, monitoring, modelling and forecasting to drive actionable insights and performance against budget.

What you’ll do

Analytics & Insights
  • Work with Data Product Managers and Analytics Engineers to ensure data quality, reliable datasets, and robust KPI definitions for Product Marketing teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create actionable insights from complex datasets to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to senior leadership.
KPIs & Performance Monitoring
  • Pilot client-focused KPIs around equipment, usage and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models to improve accuracy and reliability of performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain customer/go-to-market operational dashboards as the source of truth for business partners and France leadership; prepare monthly business overviews shared with senior leadership.
Forecast & Business Planning
Work closely with Finance, Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to build reliable short, mid and long-term performance forecasts.
Project management & Strategy
  • Collaborate with Business Teams (Product Marketing / Go-to-Market) to develop and implement strategies aligned with Doctolib’s objectives.
  • Support implementation of strategic projects such as satisfaction initiatives and external provider management.

Who you are

You may be a fit if you meet most of the following:
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in an ops/business/strategy analytics role (in-house or consulting).
  • Daily experience crunching data with tools like SQL and Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to move from high-level solutions to implementation details.
  • Strategic mindset: translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.
Helpful but not required:
  • Experience with SaaS product usage and satisfaction KPIs and revenue management (customer lifecycle programs, upsell/cross-sell).
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase.

Interview process

The interview process includes multiple stages designed to assess fit and skills.
  • 30’ with the Talent Acquisition Partner (remote).
  • 60’ with the Hiring Manager & another team member (remote).
  • 60’ Case Study presentation with the Hiring Manager and a business stakeholder (onsite).
  • 45’ final conversation with the Customer & Sales Ops Director (remote).
  • At least one reference check.

Job details

  • Permanent position.
  • Full time.
  • Workplace: Levallois-Perret (HQ), France.
  • Start date: as soon as you’re available.
  • Compensation: fixed salary plus bonus on objectives (according to profile).
  • Partial remote allowed (2 days per week).
