Job description

Within Doctolib’s B2B Performance Marketing team and as a Digital Analyst - CRO, you are the reference for web and app analytics, SEA/SEO tools and conversion rate optimization on our B2B site.
You make the team autonomous, well-equipped and able to act on behavioral data from first click to conversion. You are responsible for the tracking plan, the experimentation platform and the analyses that turn data into concrete improvements for the site, user journeys and marketing campaigns.
You will work in an AI-first environment where AI is the default way of working, not an added extra layer.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Web and app analytics
  • Take ownership of and maintain the team’s web and app analytics stack (Amplitude)
  • Define and govern the tracking plan: events, properties, validation processes, shared data dictionary
  • Ensure end-to-end data quality, with automated monitoring and AI-based anomaly detection to minimize manual checks
2. SEO and paid analysis
  • Build and maintain analyses for paid channels (Meta, Google) and SEO
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking infrastructure (cookie-based, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)
  • Analyze landing page performance by source: bounce rate, scroll depth, micro-conversions, message/page consistency
  • Produce actionable insights in collaboration with paid & SEO teams and maintain performance dashboards
3. User journey analysis
  • Analyze the full user journey from first contact to conversion across web, app and Sales touchpoints
  • Work with the Sales team to map assisted conversion funnels: how marketing hands over to sales and where handoffs break down
  • Leverage AI to analyze session recordings and heatmaps, identify conversion barriers and produce actionable recommendations
4. Experimentation & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Run the end-to-end experimentation program: roadmap (ICE/PIE prioritization), multi-team governance (CRM, Website, Paid) to avoid test conflicts, and systematic documentation of results
  • Guarantee statistical rigor and test significance: sample size calculation before launch, confidence intervals, and respect test duration before reading results
  • Use AI to identify improvement opportunities to test and quickly create multiple content variants at scale
  • Translate winning tests into concrete optimization recommendations for the site and paid campaigns

Required profile

If your profile does not exactly match the description below but you believe this role fits your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply.
You could be the next member of our team if you:
  • Have 4 to 6 years’ experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or CRO
  • Master web and/or app analytics tools at an advanced level (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or equivalent), not only for reading but for implementation: event definition, governance, data dictionary
  • Have managed an end-to-end A/B testing program: prioritization, cross-team coordination, documentation of results and understand statistical concepts (sample size, confidence intervals, validity of conclusions)
  • Have produced user journey analyses linking navigation behaviors to conversion outcomes
  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data and Sales teams and making analytical topics accessible to non-technical stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
It would be a plus if you also have:
  • Experience with AI tools applied to analytics (session summaries, hypothesis generation, content variant generation)
  • Knowledge of tag management systems (GTM or equivalent) and conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)
  • German language skills (a real advantage in Doctolib’s international context)
