Job description
We are looking for a Senior Content Manager B2B Marketing (x/f/m) for our growing team in Berlin, who will drive our ambitious growth goals with strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven approaches.
You will develop multi-channel content strategies that excite and convince – from the first idea to measurable performance. You work closely with different teams and bring Doctolib's mission to life across all touchpoints.
Your tasks
- Content strategy for B2B Prospect Marketing: Develop the multi-channel content strategy for our B2B marketing to achieve ambitious growth goals, from target group definition to channel selection.
- Concept strategic content frameworks for various digital & print touchpoints including healthcare media, social media, flyers, ebooks, whitepapers, newsletters, website, webinars; manage their implementation.
- Create high-quality marketing materials for print and digital tailored to different medical specialties, target groups, and key phases of the buyer journey.
- Ensure cross-format consistency in tone of voice, structure, and messaging.
- Establish efficient publishing workflows and use AI tools as daily companions.
- Tracking, performance & optimization: Build the tracking and performance setup for our content activities and define relevant KPIs.
- Work proficiently with common performance tools (analytics, marketing automation, etc.) and systematically analyze data.
- Conduct content audits, identify optimization potentials based on performance data, and implement improvements independently.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, PR, CE teams.
- Coordinate internal design teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Align with internal and external stakeholders.
Your profile

To become part of our team, you bring the following:
- A degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field – or equivalent training.
- At least four years of practical experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies in B2B.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel and lead them to success.
- Confident handling of WordPress and marketing automation tools.
- Make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media, email metrics).
Additional interests include:
- Experience in a scale-up environment.
- Experience in SaaS/tech companies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system.
- Knowledge of design tools: WordPress, Canva, Figma, Braze.

Permanent employment.
Full-time or part-time (80%).
Workplace in Berlin.
