As Senior Associate Partner Performance (x/f/m), you monitor and optimize the performance of our IT service partners and ensure continuous improvement of partner performance through data-driven analyses. As part of the Partner Operations & Performance team, you create meaningful reports that you use for operational management. The partner scorecards you create are the basis for your regular reviews. As part of the Partner Operations & Performance team, you ensure continuous improvement of key KPIs, resulting in efficiency, excellent customer satisfaction, and successful collaboration with IT service partners.
Your tasks
- You develop KPI tracking and dashboards around IT service partner performance; you use these as the basis for continuous monitoring and analysis
- You create performance reports and partner scorecards for management, monitoring, and optimization of the performance of our IT service partners
- You prepare and conduct regular partner performance reviews
- You analyze performance data, identify trends, and derive measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- You support capacity and resource management, forecast, and rolling planning of demand vs. capacity
- You develop improvement strategies based on your data analyses
- You promote a data-driven culture as a basis for decision-making and continuous improvement

To be part of our team, you bring the following:
- Several years of experience in performance management, partner operations management, or data analytics
- Proven success in using data analysis to support business decisions and improve performance
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate complex data into dashboards and derive actionable insights
- Experience with BI tools
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports
- Process- and data-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English language skills
We are also especially interested in:
- Knowledge of predictive models and statistical analysis
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience in partner management
- Experience with Salesforce, MetaBase
