You are a true sales professional, love building sustainable business relationships, and want to make a real impact with a meaningful product? Then we have the right challenge for you! As a Senior Account Executive (x/f/m) at our Nurnberg location, you are a key driver of our growth. In this role, you will take responsibility for strategic customers and actively develop our market presence.
Your tasks - Make a difference
  • Strategic sales: Manage the entire sales process from acquisition to contract conclusion and develop tailored solutions for our customers.
  • Market development & scaling: Analyze market potentials, identify growth opportunities, and expand our network in healthcare strategically.
  • Consulting at eye level: Understand the challenges of our customers, recognize opportunities, and position Doctolib as an indispensable partner.
  • Stakeholder management: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and build sustainable partnerships.
  • Success measurement & optimization: Use data-driven analyses (e.g., via Salesforce) to continuously optimize your sales performance.
Your profile - Your recipe for success at Doctolib
  • Several years of sales experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or healthcare.
  • Hunter mentality with strategic focus: You are proactive, think entrepreneurially, and know how to manage complex sales processes confidently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills: You convince through your communication strength and can strategically advise customers at all levels.
  • Result orientation: You are ambitious, pursue ambitious goals, and always keep your focus even in challenging situations.
  • Mobility & flexibility: You are ready to be regularly on-site with customers and possess a class B driving license.
