Job description

Within the Sales Strategy team of the Partnerships division, you will directly contribute to maximising the commercial impact of the team to reach 30% growth for one of Europe’s most ambitious scale-ups. You will play a central role supporting a team of 15 salespeople, working on commercial strategy and its operationalisation in a fast-growing environment.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Researching and analysing the potential of new strategic partnerships to create an inbound partner channel
  • Defining a tailored commercial approach for each partner type according to their specific needs
  • Optimising sales pipelines and contributing to the development of commercial proposals
  • Implementing and maintaining our Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) software
  • Improving team processes and tools in collaboration with internal teams (CRM, reporting, billing)
  • Structuring and standardising partner tracking in our tools and contributing to the automation of repetitive tasks

Profile required

You may be the next member of our team if you:
  • Hold a master’s degree (business school or engineering)
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM / Sales Strategy / Sales Ops or with a strategy consulting firm
  • Are proficient with CRM, data tools and PRM
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Show strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships
  • A passion for innovation in the healthcare sector

Recruitment process

  • Case study: a deeper assessment including a practical exercise to project you in the role
