The Sales & Partnerships Excellence Team enables our sales and partnership teams to maximize their performance, efficiency, and satisfaction. In this context, you will optimize and implement workflows, processes, and tools – with a clear focus on partnerships – and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and partnerships.
As the Sales & Partnerships Tools & Process Lead for Germany, you will develop scalable go-to-market and partner enablement strategies that significantly contribute to achieving our growth targets. You will work closely with global and local project teams as well as the German sales and partnership teams to increase their efficiency through new processes, innovative tools, and data-driven management.
Your tasks
- You lead the further development of our operations tools & processes for sales and partnerships – with a special focus on partner sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and co-selling.
- You prioritize initiatives along the global go-to-market and partnership strategy and ensure that local requirements are incorporated into the international roadmap.
- You design, test, and implement new end-to-end processes & tools in close coordination with sales, partnerships, marketing, and operations (e.g., partner lifecycle, lead sharing, deal registration, co-marketing workflows).
- You actively identify optimization potentials along the entire funnel – from partner acquisition through activation, pipeline generation, contract conclusion to joint success – and incorporate these into the strategic roadmap through efficiency and impact analyses.
- You define clear goals and KPIs for sales and partnership use cases (e.g., partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, time-to-first-deal, enablement adoption) and ensure that processes are lived through precise documentation, playbooks, and dashboards.
- You establish close, trust-based collaboration with sales excellence, global sales performance, partnerships, marketing, go-to-market, legal, finance, and data – and ensure smooth implementation as an interface.
- You drive tooling developments (e.g., CRM/PRM, automations, integrations) and ensure data quality and reporting capabilities across all teams.
Your profile
Note: Even if you do not exactly match the profile below but believe this position fits your skills, please apply anyway!
What you bring
