Job Description

Join our mission, join Doctolib! Doctolib's mission is to transform healthcare. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Sales Hospital Partner (x/f/m). In this role, you will be 100% responsible for the development of Doctolib in your own region.

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process in the area of clinics, hospitals, and medical care centers, from first contact to go-live.
  • You negotiate framework and individual contracts with our customers.
  • You accompany key accounts in the context of technical integration as well as in cross and up-selling.
  • You continuously develop our platform based on customer feedback in close cooperation with product management and operations.
  • You support the coaching and further development of new team members.
  • You define and monitor relevant key figures.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and are experienced in communication with key accounts at the C-level.
  • You have experience in a similar position, preferably in software sales or in a digital environment with complex services/products.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and the drive to make things happen.
  • Your communication skills and empathy enable you to understand complex process structures to adapt our products to the needs of our customers.
  • You ideally have prior knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • You speak German at a native level and can confidently communicate in English.
  • You have a class B driving license and are willing to travel.

  • Interview with the team lead.
  • Interview and case study with the team lead.
  • Final interview with our VP Hospitals.
  • At least one reference check.

Job Details

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Full-time.
  • Berlin or Cologne.
  • Start immediately.
  • Hybrid work allowed.
