Are you ready to transform and digitize the healthcare sector with us? As part of the Cologne sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our potential new customers, the first voice of Doctolib, and you will have a strong influence on medical practices and the healthcare system. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the first contact with potential customers.
- You independently acquire doctors, act as a consultative advisor, and schedule meetings.
- You analyse and understand our customers' needs and challenges in detail, creating real added value for the customer already during the first contact with Doctolib.
- You are largely responsible for our revenue (MRR), for the activities and thus for the growth of your region.
- You regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting using Salesforce to measure your success.

- You are not afraid of telephone cold calling.
- You are results-oriented and an excellent communicator.
- You enjoy tech topics and are able to motivate yourself.
- You are sociable, open-minded and reliable.
- You speak German at a native level and have good English skills.
Particularly interesting for us
- You have initial experience in cold calling.
- You have experience selling digital products, preferably SaaS.
- Initial experience in a start-up or scale-up.

- Employment contract: Permanent (unlimited contract).
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week).
- Work location: Cologne.
- Work model: Hybrid.
- Start date: Always on the first working day of a month with our Docto Academy.
