Job description

We are looking for a passionate Regional Manager (x/f/m) to join our Sales team full time for the North region with offices in Hamburg. You will be responsible for leading the local sales team and will play a decisive role in our expansion process. You will contribute significantly to growth in your region by managing the sales team, developing strategic plans and ensuring our growth goals are met.
You will work closely with regional teams and be hands-on in triggering initiatives that increase adoption of our product and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North region with a sales team of approximately 10 people and actively drive regional growth
  • Support your team in day-to-day operations and stay close to the Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Bremen areas
  • Manage regional KPIs and the sales funnel, identify deviations early and implement targeted actions to ensure regional targets align with company strategy
  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to develop medical networks, implement regional initiatives and establish Doctolib as a strong partner in the region
  • Recruit, develop and coach (Senior) Account Executives and foster a strong team culture

To join our team you bring the following:
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and drive to get things done
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales and initial experience in SaaS or healthcare
  • More than 3 years of experience in functional and disciplinary team leadership
  • Ability to build relevant networks with direct sales impact for the team
  • Experience coaching sales teams
  • German at native level and confident communication skills in English

Interview process

  • Interview with your Talent Partner (45 minutes)
  • Interview + Business Case with Sales Director (60 minutes)
  • Final interview with VP Sales (45 minutes)
  • At least one reference check
