Job description
Doctolib is looking for an intern for Recruiting Coordination to join our team in Berlin as soon as possible. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will contribute to Doctolib’s recruiting strategy with three main goals: protecting the candidate experience, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. As an intern you will learn all aspects of recruiting for our German team and work daily with candidates, recruiters and interview partners.
Your responsibilities
- Candidate experience: Manage communications (emails, messages, calendar invites) and ensure candidates have all necessary information for their interviews. Act as a key contact for candidates and work closely with recruiters to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Interview scheduling: Plan interviews from video calls to case study interviews in our offices, adapting the process to the needs of each situation.
- Recruiting process support: Support processes that ensure smooth hiring operations, such as organizing travel bookings for candidate onboarding, performing background checks to meet compliance requirements, and other administrative tasks to ease recruiters’ daily workload.

- Improve your organisational skills and gain substantial knowledge about recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop your communication and people skills, especially stakeholder management.
- Gain comprehensive insights into recruiting with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Your profile

- Be organised, detail-oriented and agile, able to keep an overview when multiple tasks run in parallel.

- Be curious, keen to learn and ready to engage with processes and workflows.
- Have fluent German and English (written and spoken) and strong verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt your style to different audiences and situations.

- Salary: 1900 €/month (mandatory internship) or 2425 €/month (voluntary internship)
