Job description
As a Product Marketing Lead, you will act as a "mini-CEO" for a cluster and take strategic ownership of it. You will join our local Product Marketing team responsible for the go-to-market strategy in Germany and report directly to the VP Customer. Your main objective is to grow the user base in your cluster through innovative market strategies and to drive product growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Doctolib products
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities
- Define product positioning and messaging for the German market
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product & Tech teams
- Manage product and feature releases and ensure their successful market launch
- Act as the voice of our users to ensure we understand signals along the customer journey and continuously improve value delivery, usage, trust and customer experience
- Continuously improve product-market fit and influence the product roadmap
- Monitor regulatory and technical constraints together with other teams to create user-friendly solutions

To join our team, you bring the following:
- At least 8 years of professional experience, ideally as a Product Marketing Manager or with a background in top-tier management consulting combined with product management experience
- Strong structured and analytical thinking
- Experience working closely with Tech & Product teams
- Ability to prioritise, allocate resources and lead projects to develop, plan and execute complex go-to-market strategies
- Experience managing multiple senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level each)

- Experience in a scale-up company
- Experience in the MedTech sector
