Job description
Doctolib is looking for you to start as soon as possible as an intern in Go-to-Market Strategy for our Berlin office.
As part of the GTM Strategy team you will help make innovative healthcare solutions more impactful. Our goal is to strategically drive product launches and ensure our offerings create real value for healthcare professionals and patients. We cover the whole journey from idea to successful market placement, with the aim of advancing digitalisation in healthcare and enabling sustainable change.
Your tasks
As an intern you will support the team in the following areas:
- Contribute both strategically and operationally to the launch of the new practice management software
- Analyse user needs along the customer journey and help increase our value delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support the implementation of our go-to-market strategy for different customer segments and new product features
- Monitor market and competitor landscapes, analyse technical and regulatory developments and derive concrete actions for our product and company strategy
- Work closely with product teams, sales and other customer-facing departments and coordinate cross-functionally
During your time with us you will
- Gain insight into preparing and executing a product launch and actively help shape it
- Learn about go-to-market strategies and product marketing in a B2B SaaS and marketplace environment
- Experience collaboration across departments and understand how innovative solutions are successfully brought to market together

To join our team you bring
- You are in at least an advanced bachelor’s degree or have already completed one and are eager to apply your knowledge in a 4–6 month internship
- You have some relevant practical experience, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment such as consulting, SaaS or VC
- Analytical thinking comes naturally to you and you enjoy understanding complex issues, but you also like to get things done and see tangible results
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented way and keep an overview even with several projects in parallel
- You have fluent German and English skills (both at least C1)
Particularly relevant
- Experience from consulting, start-ups or similar fields
- Interest in or initial experience in healthcare

- Salary: €2,425/month (voluntary internship) or €1,900/month (mandatory internship)
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Working mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week)
