Job description
As part of Doctolib's Sales Department, the Partnerships team plays a strategic role by developing privileged relationships with a complementary ecosystem of actors. As a Partnership Manager, you will have the opportunity to identify and build new marketing and commercial partnerships that will generate indirect revenue while enhancing the satisfaction of healthcare professionals. Your expertise and strategic vision will be essential in developing a high-performing partner network aligned with Doctolib's values.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify, prospect, and engage new strategic partners around healthcare professionals, developing a structured and proactive approach.
- Build and negotiate adapted and innovative partnership offers, always keeping the end user at the heart of your approach.
- Regularly support partners, organize follow-up meetings, animate the community, and foster loyalty to ensure sustainable collaborations.
- Define success indicators, analyze partner performance, and manage action plans to maximize value creation.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and ensure flawless execution.

- You have a strong interest in the digital ecosystem, innovation, and healthcare challenges.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to unite partners and internal teams.
