Job description
We are looking for a digital marketing apprentice to strengthen our Patient Marketing team. The Doctolib France Patient Marketing team is responsible for developing patient engagement, adoption and retention on Doctolib. The team plays a central role in Doctolib's growth strategy by leading marketing initiatives aimed at end users: patients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Set up 360° marketing campaigns: actively participate in building and executing awareness and acquisition campaigns. Take part in briefs, idea generation, project management and publishing across our Patient ecosystem (CRM, app, paid).
- Support product launches: design go-to-market plans and high-impact assets for the release of new health innovations.
- Analyze campaign performance: closely monitor KPIs (acquisition, engagement, conversion, ROI), build actionable reports and make strategic recommendations to continuously optimize actions.
- Conduct benchmarks and market watch: analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback and maintain an up-to-date watch on B2C innovations, digital health and artificial intelligence to inform our strategy.
- Manage cross-functional projects autonomously: support the Patient Marketing France team on high-visibility foundational projects aimed at educating users about their care journeys and strengthening Doctolib’s unique positioning.
