Job description
Key Account Success Manager with extensive experience in large account business in healthcare. You will be responsible for the long-term satisfaction of our large clients (hospitals, medical care centers) and contribute significantly to the digital transformation of healthcare. With deep understanding of complex customer relationships and extensive experience in strategic account management, you take a central role in the company. You work closely with the deployment and sales team and always keep the sustainable development of your clients in mind.
We are specifically looking for an experienced success manager with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience – ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or managing complex enterprise clients. You bring extensive experience in actively managing large accounts, have successfully accompanied change processes, and inspired teams strategically and content-wise.
Responsibilities
- After onboarding our large clients, you act as the central point of contact for hospital directors, medical leaders, and department heads – developing sustainable, trust-based customer relationships at eye level.
- You independently manage strategic initiatives and specifically develop your accounts based on solid analysis and a clear vision for a partnership-based collaboration.
- You contribute your long-standing experience to the continuous development of our success strategy and have a keen sense for necessary prioritizations on both the customer and company sides.
- You promote product engagement and usage through structured support and recognize potential early.
- You conduct business and KPI analyses independently and derive concrete action recommendations for your accounts.
- You identify upsell opportunities and implement them in close cooperation with the key account sales team.
- You actively participate in the further development of our Key Account Success organization and contribute your know-how to building processes, standards, and team structures.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in customer success, key account management or similar roles – ideally in healthcare or SaaS environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to confidently manage complex stakeholder structures.
- Proven success in developing, retaining, and strategically leading enterprise customers long-term.
- Passion for driving a success team with new ideas, structures, and strategic clarity – actively contributing to the further development of the area.
- Strong communication skills, consulting competence at C-level, and confident presence in working with hospital management and medical leadership.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge, inspiring colleagues, and acting as a driver within the team.
