Job description
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a strategic portfolio of key accounts in the sectors of medical imaging, health centers, or hospitals. Your commercial expertise will enable you to drive the performance of partner establishments, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, while identifying growth opportunities. You will develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and directly contribute to Doctolib's expansion in the healthcare sector.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CIO, CFO, medical staff)
- Identify and realize upsell/cross-sell business opportunities specific to each sector (imaging, health centers, hospitals)
- Manage the full sales cycle on scope extensions and ensure commercial reporting in CRM tools
- Drive adoption and optimal use of solutions while tracking customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Analyze and optimize KPIs of establishments (booking rate, occupancy, satisfaction)
- Prevent and address churn risks by implementing appropriate corrective actions

- Have approximately 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS technology sector
- Have a strong sense of service and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Show entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach
- Have strong writing and communication skills
It would be great if you also:
- Know the healthcare ecosystem (hospital establishments, medical imaging centers, health centers)
- Have experience managing complex projects within regulated environments
- Are proficient in CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and have an appetite for data analysis
Recruitment process:
- Phone interview with a Talent Partner
- In-person interview with two managers
- Case study and presentation with the Senior Manager (in-person)
- Experience a day in the life in the KAM team
- Reference checks

Job details:
- Unlimited Contract (CDI)
- Full-time
- Workplace: Levallois-Perret
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Compensation (fixed + variable package): between 43K and 50K (to be defined according to profile)
- This position is eligible for partial remote work: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite
- Travel across France is expected
