Join our mission, become part of Doctolib! Doctolib pursues the mission to transform healthcare. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as Sales Hospital Partner (x/f/m). In this role, you will be 100% responsible for the development of Doctolib in your own region.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire sales process in the field of clinics, hospitals, and medical care centers, from the first contact to the go-live
- You negotiate framework and individual contracts with our customers
- You accompany key accounts during technical integration as well as in cross and up-selling
- You continuously develop our platform based on customer feedback in close cooperation with the product management and operations departments
- You support the coaching and further development of new team members
- You define and monitor relevant key figures
Your profile

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and are experienced in communicating with key accounts at the C-level
- You have experience in a similar position, preferably in software sales or in the digital environment with complex service/product
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and have the drive to want to make things happen
- Your communication skills and empathy enable you to understand complex process structures to adapt our products to the needs of our customers
- Ideally, you have prior knowledge in the healthcare sector
- You speak German at a native level and can communicate confidently in English
- You have a class B driver's license and are willing to travel
