Doctolib pursues the mission to transform healthcare. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a Sales Hospital Partner (x/f/m). In this role, you will be 100% responsible for the development of Doctolib in your own region.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the entire sales process in the area of clinics, hospitals, and medical care centers, from the first contact to go-live
- You negotiate framework and individual contracts with our customers
- You support key accounts in the context of technical integration as well as cross- and up-selling
- You continuously develop our platform based on customer feedback in close cooperation with the areas of product management and operations
- You accompany the coaching and further development of new team members
- You define and monitor relevant key figures
Your profile

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and are experienced in communication with key accounts at the C-level
- You have experience in a similar position, preferably in software sales or in a digital environment with a complex service/product
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and have the corresponding drive to want to make things happen
- Your communication strength and empathy enable you to understand complex process structures in order to adapt our products to the needs of our customers
- You ideally have prior knowledge in healthcare
- You speak German at a native level and can communicate confidently in English
- You have a driver's license class B and are willing to travel
