Job description
Join our mission, join Doctolib! As a (Junior) Project Manager at Doctolib you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our digital health solutions at our customers — from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You are the heart of each project: consultant, application specialist, change manager and project manager in one. In the first months you will independently lead projects, guide customers through the entire onboarding process and contribute to digitizing healthcare in Germany.
Responsibilities
- You take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and are responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the entire deployment process at the customer site
- You act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project implementation and serve as the internal link between Marketing, Tech and other teams
- You conduct the inventory and analysis phase, set up the customer organization in Doctolib and coordinate data export and import
- You train customer staff (key users & end users) and support the go-live on-site, remotely or in a hybrid setup
- You continuously document project progress (e.g. in Asana) and hand over the project in a structured way to the Performance Team after completion (D+30)
Profile

To join our team you should bring:
- Experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in a B2B or software environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in acting as the main contact for different stakeholders
- Structured, independent working style and a high degree of solution orientation
- Willingness to travel for on-site appointments with customers in the Hamburg metropolitan area and beyond
- Very good German and good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience in change management or the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Salesforce)
- Enthusiasm for digital products and healthcare
