Job description

We are looking for a Junior Field Sales Partner to join the team and develop commercial activities in Rome. As a Junior Field Sales Partner you will be part of a field team helping healthcare staff and patients through our solutions. You will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and local doctors and manage the full sales cycle for Doctolib services.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Prospecting: contact doctors in your area (cold calls, emails and in-person visits) to generate scalable opportunities and qualify leads with structured follow-up to maintain pipeline momentum.
  • Appointments, demos and conversion: visit general practitioners' offices, run demos focused on the most relevant benefits for their practice, handle questions and objections, and guide prospects to a quick decision.
  • Closing and handover: present offers and bring negotiations to signature with a short sales cycle; act as the reference for the doctor during installation and initial product training; ensure timely handover to the onboarding team for a smooth start.
  • Pipeline and KPIs: update the CRM and monitor KPIs (activity, conversion rate, win rate, average time to close) to continuously improve performance.

What we expect from you

This role could be right for you if:
  • You have first-hand customer-facing sales experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, food & beverage) and enjoy being on the front line.
  • You have worked with targets, understand KPIs and are motivated to meet and exceed them, with a competitive uncapped bonus.
  • You are proactive, organized, enthusiastic and eager to learn quickly.
  • You have strong energy, entrepreneurial spirit and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • You hold a driving license and are available to travel within the assigned area.
Nice to have: experience or strong interest in healthcare and a good level of English.

Position details

Permanent full-time contract. Area of reference: Rome, Lazio. Start date: September 2026. Total package: €40,000 - €48,000 gross per year (including performance-related bonus). Uncapped bonus for exceeding targets.
